The Central Institute for Economic Management (CIEM), which is part of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Vietnam are collaboration on this initiative.

The website that Qixtech developed brings a new look from VEP to customers and units in the same industry.

Objective

Qixtech built a website that accurately represents the design, meets VEP’s requirements, has fast page loading speed with a good Google rating, increases customer experience, and is mobile-friendly.

Discovery Planning

In the discovery planning phase, the focus is on understanding user needs, defining website objectives, and outlining key features and functionalities. This involves conducting market research, identifying target audiences, setting project scope, and allocating resources effectively to ensure the successful design and development of the website

Design logo and website

Research the customer’s areas, come up with creative ideas, and design a project logo and breand identity design.

We built a website to ensure VEP brand recognition, aiming for the website’s set goals in terms of both time and features. Qixtech also provided feedback to VEP to optimize the design to ensure coding and user experience

Conduct HTML, CSS and Coding

Implement the website using a rolling method, deploying HTML, CSS and Coding, Testing, updating content in small packages. This ensures that all work is done in parallel, speeding up the process of completing the website.

Content Strategy

The system needs to ensure administrative posting of content but also ensure content synchronization from the agency’s available systems. We and the VEP project management team have come up with plans to update and synchronize content to ensure the most optimal system.

Enhanced Interactivity

The website serves as a new channel for interaction among government officials, educational institutions, business communities, and associations to deliberate on economic issues and social development policies.

Promotion of Innovation

It facilitates policy design to attract investment in industries and value chains related to advanced technology manufacturing such as semiconductors and artificial intelligence, while also encouraging creativity and improving productivity as the foundation for Vietnam’s sustainable development.
